TutorManage respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our teaching-management service.
1. Data we handle
We may handle account details such as your name and email, subscription details, information you enter about students and parents, lesson, attendance, invoice and report records, uploaded files, and technical or security logs.
2. Why we use data
We use data to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, synchronise your workspace, provide support, process subscriptions and billing, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
Where applicable under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), TutorManage processes data to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as service security, or with consent where consent is required.
4. Storage and service providers
Workspace data is stored with service providers used to operate TutorManage, including database, file-storage, authentication, and payment providers. We use these providers to deliver the service and do not sell personal data.
5. Retention and security
We keep data while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, or longer where required by law. We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect data; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your PDPA rights
Subject to the PDPA and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about processing, or withdrawal of consent. Use the support route available in your signed-in account to make a request.
7. Children and student data
Tutors and learning centres are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and any required authority to enter student, parent, or guardian information into TutorManage.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
